November we could have a new Prime Minister... you realise that?

Does anyone understand that there is a serious possibility that for the first time in Bahamian parliamentary history, we could have a Prime Minister who never went into a General Election to ask the Bahamian people, who do they wish to be Prime Minister?

If Hon Brave Davis contests in the PLP leadership race and challenges Rt Hon Perry Christie for the leadership of the PLP, this can happen if he wins the PLP leadership race... are we ready for this?

Article: 73 (1) lays this scenario out.

I recall the PLP National Convention is set for November 1, 2015... now weeks away and no has any idea who is possibly not nominating or challenging?

Does not say too much about true transparent democracy.
