There is basic evidence in the number of cases where persons on bail killed people on bail.

If one or the other or both were not on bail the question is would that murder have occurred?

In all possibility and probability certainly not.

In 2015, we had 149 murders and some six to eight further cases which the Coroner has not classified.

Truth be told, the Royal Bahamas Police Force really dealt with about 85-89 at the max murders in 2015 if one kicks out of the statistics those offences carried out seemingly in brutal retaliation of those on bail against those also on bail.

There seems to be clear evidence that bail could well have been a cause and a probable reason for the 149 murder count….with absolute respect to your honour.
