I drove by Clifton Heritage Park yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to find a cleanup of the Sacred Space underway.
This was highlighted this morning by features in both dailies; kudos to the volunteers from SUEZ, General Electric and Water and Sewerage Corporation for their time and efforts and to the Clifton Heritage Authority for taking matters in hand.
I do hope that the cleanup will extend to the piles of debris and garbage at the roadside opposite the Sacred Space and eventually to some of the piles of trash illegally dumped in the Heritage Park environs themselves.
