Re Hot Mix & Brent Symonette
In reference to The Tribune article on the Hot Mix contract, the PLP had been giving Out Island airport runway paving contracts for years, so what are they talking about?
Seems Fred Mitchell would rather award the contract at a higher price to an outside contractor just to spite Hot Mix, where the money would stay in the country including local labour.
The next lowest bidder would just cost us taxpayers that much more over Hot Mix’s quote.
