The past PM Minnis proposed that special subdivision on Crown Land top of Prospect Ridge...they actually invited interested persons... note definite discriminatory conditions as to who qualifies.

Editor the House of Assembly is full of attorneys, but it seems none had picked up their Constitutions and read the particular articles referring to Crown Property - its granting - lease or selling.

One Government gone another just sworn in and, oh Lord. ain’t nothing change... still they have not referred to The Constitution.

Dear Minister suggest you look at Article: 26 clause 8 a-b-c.

Should be rather obvious as there is an obvious condition as to who qualifies and discriminates by imposing an age limit... such a fundamental in The Bahamas Constitution.
