Mortician charged for falsifying records

A former mortician was charged in Freeport Magistrate’s Court this week with falsification of a public record.

Glen Campbell, 44, is accused of intentionally and unlawfully falsifying a death registration certificate, with intent to defraud the Registrar General’s Office.

He was not required to enter a plea. He was denied bail and remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections until June 5.

In other court news, Princess Dorsette, 22, of Lewis Yard, was charged in court this week with procreation and abetment to unlawful sexual intercourse.

She was not required to enter a plea. She was denied bail and remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections until June 20.

Christopher Curry, 35, of Lewis Yard, was also charged with procreation and unlawful sexual intercourse. He was not required to enter a plea. He was denied bail and remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections until June 20.
