A 44-year-old man was granted bail yesterday after he allegedly molested a 13-year-old girl in April.
Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans charged Nacarl Minnis with indecent assault.
The defendant allegedly inappropriately touched the underaged girl sometime between April 1 and 30.
After pleading not guilty to the charge, Minnis was granted $5,000 bail. The defendant is expected to sign in at the Nassau Street Police Station on the last Sunday of every month. He was also warmed not to interfere with the alleged victim or any witnesses in this matter.
Minnis’ trial begins on February 1, 2024.
