Funeral Service for

Sir Geoffrey Adams Dinwiddie Johnstone, KCMG, 89

of Blair Estates, Nassau, The Bahamas, who died at Doctors Hospital, Nassau on the 4th day of August, 2017, will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Kirk, Princes Street, Nassau on Saturday, 12th August, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.

Rev. Bryn McPhail, Minister of St. Andrew’s Kirk, will officiate and family members will attend the interment at The Garden of Remembrance, Christ Church Cathedral, George Street, Nassau.

Sir Geoffrey was predeceased by his parents, Bruce Johnstone and his wife, Wilhelmina Johnstone; aunt, Ethel Kemp; his sister, Mary Pamela Raine and her husband, Godfrey Herbert (Johnny) Raine and his nephews, Paul Bruce Alexander Johnstone and Ian Kelly.

He is survived by his wife, Lady Johnstone (née Winifred Anne Duncombe); his brother, Peter Johnstone and his wife, Joan Johnstone; his brother-in-law, Godfrey K. Kelly CMG and his wife Sonia Kelly (née Duncombe); nieces, Heather White (née Raine); Deborah Raine, Gloria Raine and Linda Elza (née Kelly) and Emma Johnstone; nephews, Bruce Raine, Glen and David Johnstone and David White; great nieces, Shannon Chappell (née Raine), Shyla Johnstone, Katherine Elza, Mirlande White and Michelle White; great nephews, Sean Raine, Jake, Michael and Alexander Johnstone, Adrian White, Spencer White and Simon Chappell; great great niece, Julia Raine and great great nephews, Finley Chappell, Conry Raine, Maxim, Lennox, Franklyn and Nathan White.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Salvation Army, P.O. Box N. 205, Nassau, The Bahamas or The Bahamas Humane Society, P.O. Box N. 242, Nassau, The Bahamas, in Memory of Sir Geoffrey A. D. Johnstone, KCMG.
