When chiropractic is right for you

WHAT is chiropractic? Who benefits from care? Should your family be checked by a doctor of chiropractic? Is chiropractic only for low back pain?

This is what two of my patients have to say:

“I never thought about seeking chiropractic care for my children until my three-year-old daughter accompanied me to an appointment with Dr Prosper. She was so fascinated that she climbed up on the table for her turn! Dr Prosper was amazing interacting with her and my daughter loves to be adjusted. After learning about all of the benefits of chiropractic for my daughter, we started visiting Dr Prosper as an entire family. This includes our infant son whose first appointment with Dr Prosper was at three weeks old. I am amazed at how being adjusted helped him with gassiness and overall relaxation.

“Nassau is so fortunate to have such a skilled chiropractor who is well versed in prenatal adjustments and adjustments for children. As adults, we seek chiropractic care to correct our overall aches and pains that we have acquired over the years. Why not prevent our children from experiencing the same thing and be proactive in their care! I have noticed a huge difference in all of us since making chiropractic a regular part of our health care. Also, I cannot say enough about how Dr Prosper assisted me through my pregnancy.

“One other thing about Dr Prosper is that she makes family care accessible by offering affordable plans. There really is no excuse not to book an appointment for the entire family.”

“A year and an half ago I had an aneurysm in the retina of my right eye. I completely lost my peripheral vision and when looking up. I had blurred vision looking straight ahead. I was told there was nothing I could do about it and my vision would not return. I saw Dr Prosper for the first time for neck pain and low back stiffness.

“Immediately following my first chiropractic treatment I could see clearly through my right eye when looking straight ahead an could see when looking to the right, but it was still blurry. I was amazed! After my second visit with Dr Prosper, I could see out of my right eye.

–Its a little blurry if I look up, but I can see again. Dr Prosper explained that chiropractic takes pressure off of nerves which allows the body to function and heal better, but I never expected my vision to return. Chiropractic really works! I wish I wouldn’t of waiting so long to try it.”
